Absolutely. We provide secure, confidential online therapy sessions for clients throughout India and internationally. Online sessions offer the same professional care and therapeutic depth as in-person meetings, with the added convenience of accessing support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This format has proven especially valuable for those with busy schedules, limited mobility, or living outside Pune.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes, research consistently demonstrates that online therapy is just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. What platform do you use?
We conduct all online sessions through Google Meet, a secure and user-friendly video conferencing platform. After you complete your booking, you'll automatically receive a meeting link via email along with simple instructions for joining. All you need is a device with internet connection, a camera, and a quiet, private space where you can speak freely.

Getting the most from online sessions: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Use headphones for better audio quality and privacy. Test your internet connection beforehand. Have water nearby and any notes you'd like to reference during the session.

Are my sessions confidential?

No. While we provide supportive therapy for various mental health concerns, we are not equipped to handle acute psychiatric emergencies or crisis situations. Where are the sessions conducted?
Pune: Our primary location is Purl Wellness on Baner–Pashan Link Road, offering a calm, private environment designed for healing.
Nerul: Sessions are available every Sunday at Rainbow Nursing Home for clients in the Navi Mumbai area.
Online: Virtual sessions are available throughout the week, accessible from anywhere with internet connection.
Do you offer therapy for children or teenagers?
Our services are primarily designed for adults and mature teenagers aged 16 and above. We assess each situation individually to ensure age-appropriate support. For younger children, we can provide referrals to specialists who focus specifically on child and adolescent therapy.
Can I come with a family member or partner?
For your initial consultation, you're welcome to bring a trusted family member or partner if that helps you feel more comfortable. However, ongoing therapy sessions are typically conducted individually to create a safe space for personal exploration. If relationship or family dynamics are central to your concerns, couples therapy or family sessions may be recommended as an alternative approach.
