Duration: 30–45 minutes
A brief, introductory conversation to share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and explore which supportive or wellness-oriented options may be most suitable for you. This can be a helpful starting point if you’re new to this process or unsure where to begin. Dr. Vivek will listen with care and help you reflect on possible next steps at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy Session
Duration: 60–75 minutes
More in-depth, structured sessions designed to support emotional balance, self-understanding, and sustainable personal growth. These sessions draw on evidence-informed therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamic-inspired approaches, along with other integrative methods, and are adapted thoughtfully to align with your context, goals, and pace.

Holistic Wellness Sessions
Duration: Varies by modality
Integrative sessions that draw on practices such as Shiatsu, Sound Healing, and Bach Flower Remedies to encourage mind–body balance and embodied awareness. These complementary approaches can be explored alongside reflective therapeutic work, offering additional ways to engage with physical sensations, emotional states, and overall well-being from a whole-person perspective.

Purclive Coaching Sessions
Duration: 60 minutes
Leadership and executive coaching sessions designed to support professionals in their personal and professional development. The focus is on strengthening self-awareness and emotional intelligence, navigating workplace dynamics, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and cultivating sustainable balance between work and life demands.

What to Expect After You Book
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, our aim is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and supported about the next steps. The process is designed to be clear, respectful, and smooth—from your first interaction onward.

Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly after booking, with details such as the date, time, session format (in-person or online), and location or video link. Please keep this for your reference.

Reminder
A gentle reminder will be sent 24 hours before your session to help you prepare and plan with ease.

First Session Flow
During the initial meeting, Dr. Vivek will take time to listen and understand your current context and what you’re seeking support with. The conversation is collaborative and exploratory, helping identify areas to focus on and the type of support that may be most appropriate for you.

Confidentiality
Sessions are held in a respectful, non-judgmental space with a strong emphasis on privacy. Information shared is handled with care and discretion, in line with professional ethical practices and applicable legal standards.

New to this process? It’s completely natural to feel a little uncertain before your first session. Dr. Vivek offers a calm, welcoming space where you’re encouraged to share only what feels comfortable for you. There is no expectation to open up before you’re ready—each conversation unfolds at your own pace.

Punctuality Matters
Arriving on time allows you to make full use of your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to remain fair to other clients.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps us manage scheduling thoughtfully and allows the time to be offered to others.
Not for Emergencies
This booking platform is intended for scheduled sessions only. It is not suitable for urgent or crisis situations that require immediate assistance. If you are experiencing an emergency or feel at risk, please seek immediate support from local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources.
